Food or Carcasses are very important on Lioden. Each type of carcass will only stay fresh for a certain number of days, with the maximum durability set at ten days. After that, the carcass is too rotten to be consumed. Every newly acquired carcass, other than ones bought from other players, will have 10 days until expiration, whether it was found while exploring or hunted by your ladies.

A carcass also has a certain number of times it can be used before it is completely consumed and it disappears. Each use will completely fill up a percentage of a lion or lioness' hunger. Each type of carcass has a set ideal maximum number of uses before it disappears if it has been freshly obtained.

Each type of carcass also has a small chance of improving the skill or stats of the lion that you feed it to. (Just like Toys.)

The uses listed in the list below are the maximum number of uses on that type of carcass. It can also be less, since the carcasses tend to get a bit mangled during a hunt, and not all animals are big and plump.
